Five Crowns is celebrating their Golden Anniversary with a huge modern renovation that’s as refreshing as the drinks they’ll be offering at their new Coopers Bar. If you didn’t notice it before while driving down PCH, there’s no way you can miss it now with it’s bold new Five Crowns logo and the iconic red phone booth!

Newly Renovated Garden

Beautiful outdoor seating

Greenhouse Seating and the NEW Coopers Bar
Five Crowns, “features a cozy English Pub setting and award-winning food, exceptional service, and unmistakable style.” The restaurant itself is beautiful! It was our first time dining there and it feels like it’s straight out of a English movie. With cozy seating, a fireplace inside, a greenhouse seating area (my personal favorite part of the restaurant), and the newly renovated garden that’s perfect for hosting weddings, showers, or any special events; Five Crowns is proving itself to be a perfect stop for any occasion and for guests old and new!
Not only is the restaurant itself beautiful, the food is amazing in quality and presentation. With it’s new renovations, Five Crowns is also giving its menu a refreshing overhaul by combining the favorites from their 50-year menu archives with fresh seasonal dishes or wines. They will honestly take your taste buds around the world with the freshest ingredients offered and meats/seafood imported during their peak seasons.
For example, we were able to taste these delicious delicacies:

Kusshi Oyster with mignonette from British Columbia

Bigeye Tuna with shoyu, sesame oil, scallion

Melt-in-your-mouth Mishima Reserve Beef with baby leeks, red shiso from Japan
While you’re eating the delicious food here, don’t forget to check out their new Cooper’s Bar for the full experience. They’ve got a large variety of wines and beers that compliment their fresh dishes perfectly. It’s also located right where the Greenhouse section is, which is perfect because I highly recommend sitting there since it’s SUCH a beautiful place to dine.

Variety of Beverages
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at the newly renovated Five Crowns. Albeit the price is a bit on the steeper side, but you’re paying for extremely high quality ingredients and a wonderful experience at this modern but classy English inspired restaurant.
