A meatless burger that bleeds?? Umami Burger has teamed up with Impossible Foods to bring you a burger that looks and tastes like beef, but is made solely of plants!

Consisting of two Impossible burger patties, caramelized onions, American Cheese, miso-mustard, house spread, dill pickles, lettuce and mayo; upon seeing the Impossible Burger, you wouldn’t even guess that it’s meatless as it surely does look like any other delicious burger out there. The patty itself gives that meaty taste and although it isn’t as dense as the regular meat patty, it does the job for the meat lovers!

So what’s in the Impossible Burger patty? According to Umami Burger, it’s primarily made of a few simple ingredients, namely wheat, potato proteins, coconut oil, and heme (a natural molecule found in both plants and animals that give meat it’s meaty flavor!)
