It’s about to get hot in Fountain Valley with the opening of the first US Chili Party location! Serving up a mix of Sichuan and Huaiyang cuisine, Chili Party offers an extensive menu with options for everyone whether you’re a fan of spice or not.
If you’re going to be visiting Chili Party, one of the items you absolutely must order is their Signature Chili Pot offered with various meat options such as Chicken Wings, Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, and even BULLFROG! Don’t let the picture fool you, this dish is definitely large enough to share with your table.
What’s in the Chili Pot? In addition to your meat option, it’s also mixed in with bits of celery, onion, cilantro, and Sichuan PEPPERCORN! If you’ve never had Sichuan Peppercorn, it’s basically a commonly used Chinese spice that gives a numbing and tongue tingling sensation to the dish. Here you have the option to pick your spice level, but I’d highly recommend getting the Mild as it does get spicier the more you eat due to the peppercorn! If you don’t like their preset chili pots, Chili Party also offers the option to build your own Chili Pot!
Not into spicy? Not a problem! The menu also offers traditional staples such as Dim Sum like Onion Pancakes, Steamed Dumplings, and Soy Sauce Noodles.
Due to the large portion sizes of the regular menu items (as they’re typically shared family style), Lunch Special is a great option if you’re just planning to stop by with a friend and try them out!
