KoJa Kitchen is coming to Tustin! KoJa (short for Korean Japanese) started out as a food truck in 2011 then a San Francisco restaurant in 2014, and it’s now expanding down to Orange County with a 2nd location in Tustin!
What are some of their signature items?
1. “The Original” KoJa
A burger made with garlic-flavored rice buns, choice of meat, and seasoned with secret sauce No. 96

2. Kamikaze Fries
Crisscut waffle fries topped with minced Korean BBQ beef, kimchi, red sauce, japanese mayo, and green onions (vegan option available)

3. Korean Buffalo Wings and DMZ Wings
The Korean Buffalo Wings are tossed with korean buffalo sauce, red pepper parsley, side of japanese mayo. DMZ wings are tossed in a habanero infused BBQ sauce, black pepper, and sesame seeds.

4. Chicken Katsu Melt
Bowl served with a side of house made Japanese curry, chicken katsu topped with melted cheese and bonito flakes, a side of fukujinzuke (pickled radish), and salad.
When is the KoJa Grand Opening?
KoJa’s grand opening will be on Saturday, July 14th from 11AM-10PM.
According to their Facebook event page, there’ll be a DJ and they’ll be handing out a limited amount of KoJa kitchen swag.
What are the Grand Opening promotions?
1.The first 300 customers will all be included in a raffle for a Nintendo Switch.
2.The first 100 customers in line will get one free KoJa with your choice of protein.
3.The second 100 customers in line will get one free small side of Kamikaze Fries.
4. Customers will receive a free drink with purchase all day long.
