Have you heard of the Astoria at Central Park West? Located in Irvine, CA near coastal beaches and within a short distance from popular shopping centers, I recently had the chance to attend a private dinner event hosted at the Astoria to learn more about what the buzz on Astoria was all about.
What is Astoria at Central Park West?
The Astoria is a new luxury high-rise apartment home community accommodating those who are looking for a convenient, carefree, and active coastal lifestyle.
What makes Astoria unique?
One of the neatest things about Astoria are their beautifully designed floor plans! Astoria offers over 24 different floor plans for you to pick from with 1-3 bedrooms. The space for each floor plan is also fairly large ranging from 1119 sq ft up to 3024 sq ft!
What are some amenities at Astoria?
- Complimentary valet service – It seriously felt like I had just pulled up to a hotel when I did this.
- Controlled Access Elevators – This means you can only access the apartment floors that you actually live on for an extra security measure!

After exploring some of what Astoria has to offer we had the chance to experience a delicious private dinner by Rick Silva the man behind popular restaurant Silva’s Bar and Grill in Costa Mesa (who also happens to be a resident at Astoria!)
