Which brunch item was my favorite?

Honestly, I’m a sucker for their bacon-cheddar liege waffle so there’s no competition that the Red Eye Skillet was easily my favorite of the two; though you really can’t go wrong with any of Bruxie’s fried chicken items. Plus it was definitely a lot easier to eat since eating any sandwich with a sunny side up egg can get pretty messy from personal experience (yolk drops galore!).
