Have you heard of Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice? Well, you’re about to! The popular chain has over 6000 locations and will be opening their FIRST US location in Tustin THIS Sunday September 10th! Here’s the full details about their Grand Opening and a little history on the restaurant before you go check them out!

What’s special about Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice?

First of all, the menu at the restaurant consists of only ONE menu item. That’s right, you heard me, just ONE MENU ITEM, which you can probably guess is their signature Huang Meng Braised Chicken Rice. Selling at $9.99 and served in a clay pot, one order will come with rice, chicken thighs, and veggies that’s been cooked in their secret sauce. By offering just one quality dish, where the only decision the customer has to make is the spice level of the dish, Yang’s is hoping to offer a restaurant experience that focuses on quality through simplicity . The dish has already developed a loyal fan base abroad and the secret sauce is being imported from China in order to accurately provide the authentic flavors of the original stores to their first US location.

What Are The Grand Opening Details?

Guests attending the Grand Opening event on September 10th at 11AM-8PM will receive various surprise prizes such as Yang’s t-shirts, 50% off future purchase coupons, or free braised chicken and rice bowls for a week. The deals continue through Monday where starting at 11AM, the first 100 guests will win a $20 giftcard for future purchases. The Tustin location will be big enough to seat 40 guests and will offer both dine-in and take-out options. Their store will be open from 11AM-10PM daily for all your braised chicken cravings! Yang’s Braised Chicken sounds amazing, just from the number of locations alone, but I’ll definitely be stopping by to try it out myself.
